very high lag doomed maze quest spot

FFS everytime i go this spot doom maze secret study it gives very high ms cant finish the quest i keep disconnecting and then cant login for around 5-10mins...weird thing is i go far away from that spot my ms goes back to normal

its part of the main quest Nasal npc to be exact
i have a very stable connection i play all day long with no ms issues
