So since it seems alot of Players cant Login ( thankfully not me ) i decide to make this topic so maybe we can track down wy ( if it is on players end what causes some problems ) and if we work together the Devs might find a way faster to fix it if it is on there End

What should u write here down?
Pc Specs ( GPU Cpu ram ... All what is in ur pc if u buyed a complete pc then google ur pc parts)

OS (Win7, win10 ...)?

Provider?

Router?

Are u playing from a inet coffee

Antivir programs

Firewalls

And so on u can add ofc more if u think it might help

What im trying to archive is that maybe we can track down which part of hard or software is causing this maybe this doesnt help at all but lets see :)

@ForumGearz there is a post from papaya on the technical support forum to add all the login issues

I will help add some information to your post though.

my computer is windows7, 64 bit system, duel core, my cable modem is router/modem in one from xfinity. I have had the login issue since launch, where I put my account info in and get to char screen and click "connect", get kicked right back to login, or if I changed server I would get kicked to login. just in the last week though, I connected a 2nd router and put my Ethernet cord linked to that instead of my xfinity box and now once im on a good percent of the time I can switch without getting kicked to login screen, there is sometimes but its less now since I hooked my Ethernet cord to the 2nd router and not xfinity, why the xfinity doesn't seem to agree, im not sure but glad I thought of the 2nd router from googling and reading forum posts from others I would not of thought to try it. I have recently received 2 replys from papaya though, one a gm said she agreed its a routing problem, and also they are searching through every information to try and solve this. so I hope they do.

@Alii031 Good news!  I got a message from [DK] Veronica that, if I still can't login after the next Maint, they will look at my specific IP address to trace the problem(s) that way.  This was in response to a ticket originally I'd submitted way back when.  I'm just grateful to be making "some progress".  Hopefully they'll find that it's just the way their servers handle a certain portion of us all....maybe this will resolve a bunch of login problems - hopefully!!

One thing I wasn't sure of...the way [DK] Veronica's message came through (time/date) I wasn't sure if it was the "last Maint" or the next one.  I tried a login yesterday with [still] no better luck.  But I'm going to wait until after next week's Maint to try one more time.  Then I'll know for sure.

@PappyPlay that is great news, I really hope for you! have you tried what me and a few others have done? it doesn't completely fix it but for the most part it works, where we connected our Ethernet cord to the router instead of the modem box? I really hope they have seen these posts of us mentioning this. obviously there is some security in these modem boxes that are not agreeing with their servers.

@Alii031 I don't use a router, just a direct connect to the modem.  But thanks for the idea.  I'd try almost anything.

You are lucky I guess, they are still on first set of question with me like: do you run windows, do you have a mouse, are you gay, have you ever been a communist (pun intended)... Not even close to hardware and IP questions yet!

@MateaB1 One other thing I did was follow up on tickets based on their announcements, although even that might not be important.  One of their announcements a few weeks ago was "we have resolved all connection issues" or something to that effect.  So I dug out one of my "login problem" tickets and sent them an update basically saying "my connection issue still wasn't resolved".

I think sometimes they (Papaya? GMs?) jump to conclusions, as @Alii031 has often said, and assume that because one problem is resolved, then all related issues are fixed.  So it doesn't hurt to occasionally "prod them" if problems still are occurring.

I hope you get back in the game soon.  I recall seeing you play from Nexon days, and you're definitely a decent Deka player, one we noobs can learn something from....even us "late bloomer" noobs...lol!
