can someone tell me where to find this Dragonoid Signet or what i have to do, to get this?

    oh well Dragonid signets drop from monsters that spawn in elenom event 
    which starts 4 times per day each 6 hours if you under lvl 180 i think that would be somehow hard to kill them if you not well equiped and geared 
    scars on the back are a swordsman's shame
