Download Error 1.4.0

Tried to download the game on a new laptop and I keep getting that download error. I uninstalled completely and reinstalled and it still did the same thing, even tried running in admin mode and compatibility mode but it didn't work.

    I didn't get that error, but Dekaron won't install with Windows 10 on my new laptop.  Haven't had time to figure out a solution yet.
