Login Solution Possibly
I got this idea from one of the GMs. (Most of you know I've had login problems from "day 1".) I tried it, and it worked the FIRST time. But that was all. (I might try it a second time later to see if my result varies.) I offer this to other players in case in might be of some help. I pretty sure the GMs would want to share this.
Could you please perform a winsock reset as this may resolve your issue.
In order to do this please follow the steps below for your operating system:
Windows 10:
1. In the search box on the taskbar, type Command prompt, right-click (or press and hold) Command prompt, and then select 'Run as administrator > Yes'.
2. At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your connection problem:
Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
3. Wait for the Command Prompt to run through the reset. Once it’s complete restart your computer to finish.

@PappyPlay I hope it continues to work for you, although its questioning on why when I sent a ticket on high ms one day and disconnected(which is rare for me) they replied for me to try this, so whether it may fix the same problem, im not sure. I did not try it as I responded back as to what it could help with the high ms. im not having the high ms now but this was a few days before maint. I hope it works for you though!
@PappyPlay I think its great they are working with you, keep up with it and they definitely will. I have had a couple of times they actually responded to me fairly quickly, I was surprised. I have 3 accounts, and can only run 2 without lag or being kicked to login, sometimes I can run 2 accounts and switch server over and over and other times it wont let me. my one however, seem to have more trouble logging on so I asked them and they said they changed some database on the account, so I also had them check my other accounts, I would suggest maybe asking them this, say you feel this account is having trouble logging on, so maybe they will do the same for you. I have not been able to notice a difference with the account or not yet but I will let you know if I don't see a change in it. I barely log that account but now having them check the database on my main account. I am determind to keep this contact going with them until something is better.
