Lost. My. Characters.

I logged in after just transferring one of my accounts over to papaya. Log into the game itself, make a new character. Click a server to load into. Brought me back to the login screen. Logged in, all characters are now gone. Two were from 2moons way back in the day. a lot of money and items are now gone. Couldn't find where to submit a ticket with support but i guess this will work. Please reply asap.
