Failed to patch client

Please do help me!! I re-installed Blackshot several times and it didn't work either. I kept getting the 'Failed to update' error. At times it allow me to update but it said 'Unable to find correct version information." and asked if I wanted to try the recovery function. I clicked yes but it still went back to the failed to update error. Please help!
