5x incorrect can no longer log-in

Help me please about my account i can't LOG-IN when i inccorect 5x my 2nd password... they said "Please conctact Neuxon" please help me...........

    And Nexon will say to contact Papaya.
    I have an account with same problem, and i can connect on nexon but i cant on dekaron
