"Disconnected from the server" after a couple of minutes.

Hey guys,

I got an issue that started a couple of hours ago. The issue is that the game stops keeping me connected on the server after a while and all of a sudden, the Disconnected from the Server message appears afterwards. Are there any chances I can receive any kind of help for that?
