Pls help!!!

So guys,wtf happend right now,i am stupid or just the game want to laugh on me,3 minutes ago i was in my account in my char looking for a weapon on agency the i pressed alt+tab to look on the google on something,then the game quit without an error,when to enter again in the same account say reconecting please whait 5 minutes and then disconect from the server,you gotta be kiding seriously,do something dont make my time played worth nothing!!
