Gold Blue dragon wings???

General
I see people walking around with blue dragon wings but they are gold. I was wondering if there was some guide into how to upgrade the blue dragon wings or are they from boxes like everything else???..........

    Yes, I've seen them too. But I don't know anything about them. I have never found them being offered for sale; they are not one of the sets you can get from the gold boxes;

     I am going to assume they were an event item that isn't tradable. If that isn't the case, would someone please offer a little more info?

    Bumping this up to ask this question again because I am actually curious as to the answer. How does someone obtain these wings?
