What's the best chakas to use in PvE and PvP?

    Power Chakra + Force Chakra + UnPower Chakra against most match-ups is pretty good.
    The Resistance Chakra can be swapped with the UnPower Chakra if you want extra resistance, but you do lose out on potential damage if you choose to use it.
