Hi , I know this may have been asked befor, but id like some clarity on how this items works..
for example doe's the character with the Drop Ammy have to be the one to kill the boss?
or does the character just need to be in the party to increase drop rate?
I would really like to hear from One of are wonder full new or old Devs.

    Kinda Disappointed Here guys.. does no one know how these ammys work?

    I personally dotn think its to much to ask on how the mechanic of a so called drop rate ammy work.

    Now obviously im not a GM [although i should be cos im awesome about info in this game, extremely helpful towards everyone should they ask - should I be worried about that?]

    However, as a frequent consumer of this item, I can say that it seems to work better if you are solo in a dng.
    That being said, the person with the drop ammy [in my experience] has to do 51% of the dmg or higher for it to work.
    I would dig up some videos as testiment, but ive got 100s of videos I really cba to sort thru at this late hour.

    I Agree Zonble.. It would be nice to get a description  of the items effects when purchasing them.

    This game has always lacked info.. Iam hoping this new company can help fix it.

    Drop rate system changed many times during development of Dekaron, most of the time unintentionally (bug). So, we had two different systems with buggy variants:

    A. Group system
    A.1 Take all extra drop rates from pty members and calculate mean value (sum and divide) - normal
    A.2 Take all extra drop rates from pty and apply the highest or lowest - bug
    A.3 Take all extra drop rates from pty and apply their sum - bug (we had that 2x for few days, hehe)

    B. Individual system
    B.1 Extra drop rate is applied from the player that "owns" the monster - normal
    - notice: "owning" system changed few times: first hit, last hit, most dmg given, etc. and it varied over maps and dungeons (not same for every boss in every dungeon). In the past we reported unjust version (unjust in players opinion) as a "bug", although it was programmed that way (bosses in DF, last boss in Tower, etc.), so programmers changed it (at least until next Action, then we complained again...).

    Anyway, both systems are applied, some for bosses separately from mobs even if they are in the same dungeon /map, but what and where, that is the real question! More experienced players don't share this information, because it is the source of their wealth! I can give you an example: when I was starting to do 175 dungeon, it was buggy, so I waited almost a year until they "fixed" it, then finished collecting ingredients in a month. I kept checking after every maintenance and seized the window of opportunity. I have no idea what is the current case, will have to do few runs and see. Same goes with IB2, Tower of Spell, HM Horror, HM Island, Mitera dung or whatever other you find interesting, not to mention farming on maps. Dekaron - serious business.
