Game runs incredibly choppy

So my game runs extremely choppy and laggy, and I have no idea why...
My specs:
8gb ddr3
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40GHz 
AMD Radeon HD 7600M Series
Microsoft Windows 10

The vid card is good enough for saint's row, skyrim, any almost any other thing (I can run gta5 min details with like 30 fps on this thing). So I have no idea what the problem is.

    same goes for me, I just downloaded the game again after a long time but it runs really laggy, although I remember playing it smoothly.

    try right click on launcher -> "Run as administrator" hope it helps :)

    I had the same issue, with a brand new 1060 gtx, tried using "Run as administrator" and it seems to solve the problem. Hope it helps :)
