Fight Night Event Rules - GM clarifications needed

I would like some clarifications from GMs in regards to below situation.

Let's say, someone won all the PVPs from his Group (no draws, no losses, straight won versus everyone).
Why does he need to repeat a PVP versus someone he already fought and won him?

These rules aren't fair for everyone.
Let's take the example of Black Wizard 190+ Bracket. Chrujpajny won all PVPs so he is the winner obviously. He does not have to repeat the PVP versus Zombie, for instance. - This is fair

So make same rules for everyone in all groups, not just for some.
If someone won all the PVPs from his group, he must be the winner, don't force him to repeat fights in within his group. - This isn't fair.

If there are 2 groups, in the final should go winner of group A versus winner of group B.
Winner of group B, for instance, should not be forced to fight again versus someone he already won in within the group.

I am asking this because I see there are different rules for some Groups, and it is not clear for me, why is like this.

Hope a GM will answer this post and clarify everything.
