New Player. Cant Create Character

So i used to play this game many years ago and i wanted to start back up on a new account for that sweet nostalgia and also i used to really enjoy playing this game. I downloaded the client, launched the game, and after i log in and enter my 2nd password, it takes me to the character selection but all i get is this: 
I cant click on anything, cant create char, all i can do is exit the game. Im about to uninstall and forget about this to be honest. Unless someone knows what could be causing this?
