Disconnected from the server when i "connect"

Hi guys, im just getting disconnected when i try to connect... Sometimes i can connect to de character room then i got dc, i could connect to the game only once, when i wanted to change channel..got dc again... And the problem appeared again.. disconnected from the server when i try to connect... Could not play anymore... By the way my brother does not have that problem he connects whenever he wanst...
Please help i want to playyyyyyyyy!

    @juanroldan97 please post this issue on the post papaya has on this issue (technical support) its the 2nd one down at the top of the list. also I would mention what internet provider, modem, router, you are using and what your brother uses to help give them an idea of what could be causing this for everyone. many are having this issue, including me.
