Disconnected from the server when i "connect"

Hi guys, im just getting disconnected when i try to connect... Sometimes i can connect to de character room then i got dc, i could connect to the game only once, when i wanted to change channel..got dc again... And the problem appeared again.. disconnected from the server when i try to connect... Could not play anymore... By the way my brother does not have that problem he connects whenever he wanst...
Please help i want to playyyyyyyyy!

    @juanroldan97 there is a post from papaya about this issue on this forum (technical support), please post your issue there and maybe read other posts to get idea for tips
