how to open Ombar weapon box

I got an ombar weapon box as a drop in the deadlands which gives me a pretty good chance at an ULT weapon ... I purchased the keys from the D-Shop but get a "No item found in Key slot" or Only the corresponding Key item can be used"

My question is .. where do i purchase the key to open this case ?
