i was ban since 2012!?

i am pretty much active on the year 2014 i save all may SS look at the date.

    The forum is not the right place to discuss account related issues, send them another ticket, if you've been caught afk-leveling in Aquarius it will most likely be a timed ban.
    If they still believe you have been banned before the transfer, send them the SS from the PvP Tournament.
