    Overall it's just bad now.
    I don't mind people spending money since it's hella cheap compared to how it was on times of previous provider.
    My issue is that I can't farm seeds at all without spending money ( IB2 you say? Yeh tickets.)
    Also the drop rate of Halloween items is rather low or I might just be me.
    I can play 5-6 hours a day and I don't mind grinding and let's be honest. Costume is crap.
    But I want it.
    Just wish this "event" wasn't so much p2w. Even people who gonna pay will have to pay a lot.

    Just some event where after farming for 30 days several hours a day you get something would be nice.
    This is what previous provider did a mistake with and was reason why me and all my friend left.

    Well candy drop rate is by far much more better than comparing to last year so who ever want to farm costume for his colection i think it's a good chance to do now.

    Seed of dream drop rate would be ok, only if Halloween Ring didn't had fail rate at Tier 6. By spending some cash and farming through the event i think people could make it. But the way they set now that it can fail and it  does fail a lot, it's not worth going through the upgrade. I know for the fact that some players wasted 120-240 euros and they didn't make their Halloween to Tier 6.

    Wing of Dreams are ok, esspecially i noticed  lower levels who need dills they manage to capitalize on them and sold to others. So basically that a step to right direction where this time cash shop item is tradable. 

    I don't like the idea that candies will be deleted just like that. At least give an compensation option like turn in randomly candies to get something. For example exp coins or rank up coins for certain amount candies delivered.

    Last year i did rate this event at start 2/10 but after drop rate increase and the fact it was first time event little bit more uniq that previous boring events did change my rate to 5/10. This time it is clearly a step back in over all but with few improvments. So going to give 4/10.
