Pumpkin Big Candy is that buff from Escape the Dungeon event.
-3k Max HP
-10% Damage Reduction Rate
-10% Crit res
-15% Moving Speed
-10% Crit rate
-3% Abnormal Res
-Duration is 5 Minutes.

Special Package you get all and the 3 buffs are singles. Everything is binded, even the regen after you open its random box. Lollipop is timed. No stats on pumpkin hat.

    Well at least Perm Costume is looking cool visually. Rest really seems crap content, that explains why they didn't list all the items in those random box. 

    At least Papaya could have set options for aditional exchange:

    1.  Halloween Crystal box (3x) exchange for 50 ea candy, 
    2. 100x Exp coins, 
    3. 100 Rank Up coins, 
    4. Rune random Box 
    5. Or just throw old wings and costumes perm for exchange since there are players who love building their colections.
    6. Mounts
    All that would have improved event like 100 times. And the funny thing they will delete those buffs even from last year event :D

    smart thing is to farm for random box, don't waste time on perm costume, since its trash, I was really hoping for cursed costume return, so I could nab it from dshop, instead they gave us this trash. waste of ppls time.

    Well not every player plays game just for the stats and atend events just to benefit from the stats and if its lower than last event then refuse to play. There are quite many who love colecting their stuffs, like wings, costume, pets, mounts even armor or wepon parts. It is little bit pathetic to expect every next event with better stat based than previous event. 

    So, maybe for stat oriented player random box is a smart choise but for player who want to walk around with different costume for cosmetic reason and chill, that doesn't make the dumb or idiots who wasting time to farm that costume. Playing games in many case is waste of time anyways :p
