Blackshot server got problem?

Hello, I wasnot playing blackshot for a while when iam back I cannot play at all?When I enter any map all players stops as iam got dc and then I leave the map I find the game working normally I cannot stay at the map for 1 min!! I live in Egypt btw..i need help to fix this problem..i also tried to use wtfast but nth works!

Please try to record this issue, upload the video using YouTube or TinyPic and then give us the link of the video in a support ticket ( https://support.papayaplay.com/hc/en-us/requests/new ).
Afterwards, Please attempt the following steps :
- Switch off your router.
- Wait for +30 seconds.
- Switch it back on.
- Add blackshot to your antivirus exclusion/allowed list by following the steps mentioned in this topic> http://nforum.blackshot.com/index.php?p=/discussion/175/help-antivirus-firewall-exclusion-list<.
Please attempt the previous steps more than once!
If you still face the same problem, please run a speed test using this Website > http://www.speedtest.net/ < , take a screenshot of the results, upload it using this websitehttp://pasteboard.co/ or this website http://tinypic.com/ , copy the third link and paste it in a new support ticket ( https://support.papayaplay.com/hc/en-us/requests/new ).
Also please send us a new support ticket with your
dxdiag file, this file will help us to find the cause of the problem
faster and of course to solve this issue a lot faster too. Please follow these
steps to get the dxdiag file:
- Open your start menu
- Write '' Run ''
- Open the program called '' Run ''
- Type in that program '' dxdiag ''
- Click on ''Ok''
- If this is the first time your running this diagnostic windows will ask you
for permission to check for WHQL Digital Signatures. Click Yes to this. You
will then get the DirectX Diagnostic Tool;
- Select Save All Information and save the file on your Desktop;
- Upload the DxDiag to http://www.zippyshare.com/
- Send us a support ticket with the link to the file and a small description ( https://support.papayaplay.com/hc/en-us/requests/new ). Afterwards we will be able to check it and help you fix this problem.
