Action 19 question

Will our action 19 be anything like dekaron risings new updates for example their new transup, transup 3 is just transup 2 but in a different color
And weapons aswell are just blue and gold and look plain and crappy?

I really hope this isn't the case and that action 19 will be a lot better than the crap rising put forth

    I know but I'm hoping papaya doesn't that type of random crap, cause then I'll quit, faneto

    People make most of the stuff that goes on pservers, or slightly edit them with colors, glow, ect.

    The updates that papaya get from my understanding come from the korean server. I don't think papaya just decides to make some new weapons or gear, i think they just use what they get from the korea server.

    Our servers mainly gets what korean server does. A19 doesn't exist like a new action in DK kr. What we consider a19 is just couple of small patches that korean got (they usually got that like monthly). Is hard to tell what is A19 and A19.5 as people say here because is not like that in korea. But I can tell you like couple of small changes that they got:
    step skills balance (changes for many skills and an overall nerf of all steps), new dungeons added (in mitera map, i think is one solo and one party), new character window info ("c" shows now information loke pk pvp, ddr, abnormal ress etc.), titles added (similar to what many games have), a new item which is similar to aloken buff (that item has a small chance to "trigger" when hitting an enemy and may cause effects like silence for 4 secs, increase damage, etc.).

    So as I said there is many patches sonia hard to tell them all and we don't know what is the line where a19 starts and ends, since they add patchs monthly with new content. For example last patchs consist in a new mode (SS) for the older dungeons which will be level 185-190. Apparently there will be specials rewards there. Also they made another balance skills where they buff all meisters again and VS, CS and aloken.
