It would be nice if the GMs could keep us updated on the whole gamut of known problems, including logins, dc's and server change issues.  This is one area where Papaya is not much better than Nexon with keeping the community informed.

As a suggestion, they could have one Forum thread that the GMs update routinely (like "Issues Under Investigation; Progress Status").  If I recall correctly, one of the "heavy-duty" players had a thread like this going with the Nexon Forums.

    @PappyPlay, I agree 100% with you, it would really make things better and make players feel more confident in what they are putting into the game (time/money). I support your post.

    I think this would be a good addition. Then at least I would know how long I'm going to have to wait until this issue is fixed so I can play. But at the moment the lack of information makes it seem hopeless.
