Tactical Package Issue
Hello Mercenaries,
We have noticed that many of you have been having issues with the following items:
- Tactical Package 1
- Tactical Package 2
- Unlocked 5th Tactical Slot
The issue being that if you have more them one of those items in your storage they will all get activates at the same time.
Our development team is working hard to solve this issue as soon as possible.
However, for the time being, we would like to ask all users that are affected for this issue to contact our support system at:

Please notice that in order to verify the issue and collect information our team will have to access your account.
To do so, we ask you to send your consent authoring the team to access your account on the support ticket.
You DO NOT HAVE TO SHARE YOUR PASSWORD only your IGN (in game name)
In order to get the items replaced, you must contact us while the issue is happening. Otherwise, we will not be able to verify the issue and send you the item (even if you send screenshots to prove it)
