Skill points bug

Hi
I have a skill points issues
When I upgrade the 2nd transup I lost all my skill points (I got 2) and when I level up I don't got any skill points only stats points

    When you complete the trans-up quests skill points are automatically deducted from your skill points. 1 for the trans-up and an additional 1 for each skill learned in the tree. When you complete the 2nd trans-up quest you're automatically deducted 2 skill points for the lv 165 skills. I hope this helps.
