Skill Points Bugged???

After upgrate my 2nd transup at lvlup 165 I lost all my skill points not just 1.
When I lvlup I don't resieve any skill points only stat points anyone have the same problem?

    In order to learn trans up skills a skill point is required. In case you do not possess any skill points as you finish the quest the skill will be learned automatically when reaching the next level.

    OK mate but....before upgrade transup I got 2 skill points.so one for transup one for skill used automatically . After that I lvlup to 166 but don't have resieve any skill points

    You should have 166skill points + skillpoints from rank. Count how many you have
