"it will increase raging skill activation permanently" 

What do they mean by this, what is rage even used for ?

    Those skills with a red line linking to another skills are the base -----> rage skills.

    The passive increase the chance of activating the rage skills

    @h2obbr is Tunreis and Obortan an exception then? Cause they both activate under different circumstances, like when you succeed a guard.

    Also how do I make the rage skills activate? by using skills myself or letting myself get hit by mobs?

    Also the better question I should be asking does it give anything else ? Is it really worth putting skillpoints into it?

    Each skill may activate depending of hit/guard/critical etc.

    What the mastery does is increase how easily it activates. I haven't gathered statistics of how much it activates with skill lv1 and skill lv10, but I think it worth. Maybe some1 else can talk better about that.
