Whats the point of Colosseum?

Hello, i have 145 level mage, and i tried Colosseum, i had this quest taken, that gives watermelon, and when i won, i was not able to complete the quest. Bu thats not the problem, i soo there is NPC that gives you pet egg for 75 pvp medal +25M dill. I actually killed few players in Coloseum and i won few times, but where is my pvp medal? there is nothing in my inveroty

    You need to take the quest (kill 5 for 5 medals). If you don't see it, that means you are too low. Normally, it was for 170+, but I heard that even some 168 get quest, so test it...
