    I'm not sure what they're used for now. Back in the day they were used after doing Karon's Transport Ship Expedition (entrence in Requies Beach), to exchange for dil, exp & items(?). Maybe @ForumPoker knows more.

    Go to space of pilgrimage at the entrance to the 140 nest of crebiulm (my spelling is as bad as memory)
    you will see a npc shop warp threw to him. you can trade them there for rank points.
