Hello
Yesterday i get DC from game and when i wanted to go back the game said" reconnecting 5min" its ok i wait some minute, and i changed my password, but when i want log in the game game said "wrong password" if i try my earlyer password game say "incorrect ID" i dont understand that because i can log in the website with my now password, so i want to know what is the problem.
same problem here

I have this same problem on my Segu... I get egg from mail and while i switch channels i got dc on segu and i can't log on account ...

write a tiket , they will say to you:
it's all ok with your char, there is no error in database found.^^The Papaya Support is the stupidest dekaron support i ever saw.

Well, I had "disconnect to server" issue since day 1, so I kept logging-in over other peoples Wi-Fi...They "found" solution (totally unrelated, lol) and removed my "faulty" egg Ariel (old version) from stash (didn't even know I had it?). Now I can log-in with every char on account except my main char! I feel I was dealt "medicinal compound" of Lily The Pink!P.S. Still have the main issue: can't log-in over my home router, which was working perfectly under Nexon! -

last 2 days ago, I was logging In my account..stilmate.. when I'm trying to connect on the game it will come totally black and after 5mins exceeding time will show and disconnected.. until today am still trying to login but I cannot connect...IS IT BUG?? I already send to customer service helpdesk and the staff already checking it..How many days it takes?? I try to login another account FUX but issue still the same..Can any GM fix the BUG please.. Hoping for ASAP response.. also no reply on my mail to solve the issue.. -

It seems we get more and more similar cases every day. People naked (missing gear), not able to log-in (black screen), reconnecting to infinity, one server not working, D-shop not responding or taking cash without delivering, etc. Every day it gets worse. Hundreds of support tickets every day, no one seems to read them or act upon them... How about change of management, hiring some new GMs on some new basis? And change hosting servers, the service is crap! -

U STUPID MOFOS DONT GET IT?IT HAPPENED TO ME IN NEXON LONG TIME AGO I CAN LOG INTO OTHER SERVERS BUT NOT THE SERVER MY CHAR IS STUCK IN, PROBABLY SOME SERVER LAG OR BULLSHET, HOWEVER THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO WAIT TO NEXT MAINTENANCE BECAUSE ITS ABSOLUT IMPOSSIBLE. EVENIF THEY TELEPORT YOUR CHAR ITS STILL STANDING THERE CUS THE SERVER PROB DIDNT RECIEVE YOUR DISCONNECTION OR SOME SHIT SO THIS MAINTENANCE I GUESS TOMORROW WE HAVE, U WILL BE FINE- REZOUR a.k.a NORDOM, 1 SKILLER KIDS CRYSO WHEN HE STOP QQ?

The connection, login, and playing problems have been recurring ever since Papaya took over. Support is almost non-existent. Frankly, we were better off with Nexon. At least they EVENTUALLY responded to problems and got login/dc stuff fixed fairly quickly.I've been waiting since Jun 21st for some good solid logins. Typically, I can only play for a few hours before I get dc'd, and that's IF I CAN GET LOGGED IN (which is very rare)!Papaya and/or the GMs continually say "We are aware of the problem and are doing our best to correct it as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience." If this is their "best", HOLY CRAP, I'D HATE TO SEE THEIR WORST!
Hello Supportteam,
my mainchar Cabalus is bugged since i got a unique pet from the new d-shop package
i got a unique Pumkinpet egg, i opened it, my inventar was bugged,
i went to charakter choose mode and got only a black screen.
now when i will login with Cabalus66, i get the 5 minutes reconnecting time message.
Please help fast.

We checked your account in our data base and couldn't find any issues with your account on our end.
Please make sure you are not running the game via multi clients as this will likely result in disconnection. Also, please wait at least 5 minutes before trying to log in again. If you do try logging in before the 5-min period, the timer will be reset and extended accordingly.
The pet egg issue has already been solved, we apologize for the inconvenience this caused you.

Please take a look at the screenshot.
There you can clearly see that my Char Cabalus is stuck in the game.
I still can not log in.
Please make a server reset.
