Stuck my character kalibus server

Hello any1 have idea what are duing? my character stuck on kalibus server , im not log on and dont know log in now! Waiting next server restart?or maintenance?

    under Nexon they could kick chars from server and the login works, under Papaya they are all to stupid for this issue.
    Very bad Support at Papaya.
