Unwanted "Solution" - (re)fix ASAP

I was complaining about "disconnecting to server" issue (been since day 1) while, all of a sudden, I got the following response:

"We looked into your account and issue again. As we were suspecting a certain pet issue, we removed the Unique Ariel from your inventory. Recovery has also already been sent out, please check your in-game mailbox. 
Please let us know if you are still having this issue."

Well, this has nothing to do with the original (hardware) issue, since I was playing perfectly normal, just using other peoples Wi-Fi connections instead of my own... Now, after this "fix", I can log-in with every other char on same account except my main! What on earth did you do? Messing with my main char without my knowledge and fixing perfectly working and functional account! Deleting my normally functioning Unique pet? How about Dragon Emblem for compensation for my pain? How about fixing it immediately, before the event ends? How about not behaving like p-server owners!?

    I can't believe how amateurish they are. Original developers provided them with strict protocol how to do something and keep the data base integrity, otherwise every hacker would be able to implant any item in any char. Wiseguys were drunk or having a hangover and they did it wrong, so God wonders what I will find on my char when they fix it. Taking them 6 days tells me they don't have a clue what to do!?

    yeah im still fighting to get any answers on my account, the gms said and i quote "what if they cant fix it"  that irritates me, before papaya took over. the servers were stable and we could get on anytime we wanted, now there going about fixing things with testing things on people, dont touch an account if u dont know what your doing,

    at least when i had my pets i was able to get on occasionally. its stilll like a 10% chance weather or not i get to get on, but at least i was able to get on.

    and the connections to dk servers are a joke too lol its hard enough to just get on let alone move to a dk map lol

    Still nothing from Papaya. Messing with our accounts and corrupting the database, that's all they have been doing lately, so it seems. Disconnecting issues (90% of them) have nothing to do with software, but hardware. False positives are cutting people from the server. Change the host!
