dk shop bug

i was purchasing some blacksmith grace 18%, i have 1000 dk, the price of 18% tali si 90 so i will have 11pcs in all, but when i purchase theres an error message which i didnt bother to read, when i check my stash i only have 7 pcs of the 18% tali. kindly check the bug on dk shop.. thanks in advance
