DK Shop Bugged

Kindly check the dk shop i was purchasing 11 pieces blacksmith grace18% for the cost of 990, when i click the buy button i was waiting for the purchase to complete an error message appear which i did not bother to read, after that when i check my stash i only have 7 pcs of the item i purchase.. kindly look into this matter. thanks in advance
