I can't join in my account

Hi GM'S and DSH, from like a 2 days i cant join in my account, when i try to log in in game it say password incorrect, and when i try to log in in the web page it say access denied, i got some captures, please check this:

    - Previous Character Names 
    - Registered E-mail Address:
    - Date of registration 
    - IP address 
    - Last payment transaction
