Unable to retrieve the specified character information (system error)

Some of my friend and myself are experiencing problem to get into the server "world".

We keep getting the message error "Unable to retrieve the specified character information (system error) ". Please look into the matter.sometimes when trying several time we get access sometimes we keep getting the same error message.
