Problem accessing and entering servers

Hi, 

Today i logged in and noticed that whenever i tried to enter a server i am denied and greeted with a message saying 'Unable to retrieve specified character information (system error). I have attached a screenshot below.

Please help me solve this issue

    We are aware of this problem, it has been forwarded to our game developers.

    The problem should now be fixed but if you continue with the same problem, please contact us by support ticket.
