I entered wrong second password 5 times

I entered wrong second password 5 times cuz I forgot my second password,now I remember my second password but I can't enter to the game because of the 5 times wrong second password error Please response please I really need your support or anyone who knows how to fixed this please reply

    Dear wiedzmigranger3,

    Please try to change your password from the game launcher using the " FIND PASSWORD " button that is above the START button. It will redirect you to a page on our website where you have to write your registered email (The same email you use for your account), afterwards, a new email will be sent to you with a new random password, use that password to login to your account.

    You can later on change your password from the website > My account > password > edit.

    Are you sure that you posted your support question on the right forum.

    BlackShot does not have a second password. If you are having issues with a second password then you might be looking for the Dekaron support forum thread which you can find here.
