i cannot log on my account.

i wanted to  get a pw reset by using my mail. but after i enter my mail it says : Access not allowed..let me know if you ever faced this problem, and how to solve it. thank you

    @Csabi22 hm I don't know if this issue is related to when we first all transferred and some of us had to add a new email to the account, make it the main email and then switch it back to the old email after confirmation. but its something you could try..hope it works for you.

    @Alii031 the thing is the password is wrong. When i wanna log on. I seleft forgot password and there i enter my email, and it says "Access not allowed" if i enter another mail then it says invalid request. and on my mail is nothing..
