Can't log in the game

Hello guys!

So... I've been disconnected from my 2 accounts and now I can't log in...
When I try to log in the game it says: ''this will take 5 mins to reconnect'' and then disconnect again.
I tried to log in another account just to test and after enter 2nd password nothing happens... frozen in login screen.
Someone knows anything about this problem?

I already asked for support, but anyone answer and its toooooo bad supp. :c

    This game is notorious for dc problems since Papaya took over.  And that "5 minute wait" is nonsense.  I've seen numerous variations of how that "does" and (mostly) "does not" work.  I would ignore the "5 minute" warning and instead give it about a half-hour.  It's hard to explain why that is, but it seems to be more realistic, and you'll have better luck and less frustration.

    got the same problem idk whats the fuc,k is wrong with papaya. 
    Im using my 500% right now and cant lvl hahaha best
