WHY no Emergency Maintenance notice

looking at how long this login problem has been going on shouldn't there be a emergency maintenance notice up by now? from what i can tell its been going on for a good 3 hours do they not know there is a problem?

    GM's are not here to inform players what has happen or lets say they are here but they don't know they are UNCLASSIFIED......

    Ha Ha Ha!!  I got you all beat!  I haven't been able to solidly log into the game since June 21st.  BUT the GMs keep telling me on my tickets that "they are aware of the problem and working hard to fix it....sorry for the inconvenience."  What a total joke...lol!

    This game has become "for the elite few".  And don't complain about the number of players being "down"...lol! What else can be expected when logins are virtually impossible, and disconnects are prevalent??
