  When you open your stat window there's an option in the top right corner that says Efficiency, there you can you view your %'s, for guard damage and crititcal damage just hover over vitality and it will show you the value's.

  
  

  Here's an example on how the math is done:

  
  

  Crit damage: 10k base damage, 170% crit damage, 20% crit chance, you will crit for 17k every 5 hits.

  (this is purely based on auto attacks only, skills will further increase your base damage)
