What dekaron is lacking and papaya should really work on.
It's not the lack of events, broken agency or pay 2 win system, heck even hacks are not as bad as the lack of information you're currently getting in the game, the amount of times I have to ask my guildies where I can find a certain quest, dungeon or what kind of items drop from a boss/mob is insane. Even the stats of an item that you would get from a quest are not fully displayed sometimes, how am I supposed to know if I'm farming a good item if I can't even know the stats of it? As a returning player I'm having a lot of difficulity with figuring out where I should start farming to get better gear, or what I need to do to upgrade items that I acquired through a quest. So I can't imagine how discouraged completely new players must get when they start out the game, figuring out what your skills do should be hard enough already, but not knowing where you can farm to get progression on your gear is not something they should be figuring out on their own.
And although there are some guides here on the forums that are helpful, it's not nearly enough, and information like that should be put into the game, not here.
