If you are talking about a high CPU Usage, we advice you to send the GameGuard .ERL files as you can see on this video:

Also, make a speedtest on this website http://www.speedtest.net/

Save the link of your results;

Make a DxDiag report of your PC Hardware as you can see here: https://support.papayaplay.com/hc/en-us/articles/217441198-How-to-make-a-DxDiag-Report-

And send all the files ( ERL Files + Internet Speedtest Result + DXDiag ) by email to support@blackshot.com and also to game2@inca.co.kr

with the subject "Blackshot Global" and a small description of your problem.
