WASTE OF MY RUNES

Listen to this I opened a few runes on one of my chars but you know because the server likes to randomly go to shit it wastes all my runes so can I not get a refund of runes or maybe coins to buy them back?? They only had 2 days on them now its pasted 2 days and because I can't log on they have now gone. Thank you papaya
