got Bugg Or Scammed

i got big problem there 

someday i opened my acc and find no item at all

idk some one scammed me or thats bugg form Papaya

i sent a ticket then they told me they cannot find any detals of scamm

so if its bugg plz help me to fix it 

plz if any GM see this plz do any thing to help me
