cannot log in,incorrect ID

it seems that i cannot log in this account to the game, i tried changing the password, hoping it will solve the problem but still it gives me the error incorrect id, i was playing this awhile ago, tried using different account and it works find, only this account im having a problem, its been like an hour now im trying to log in my account, hope u can look into this matter and solve the issue. thank u in advance
