meister skills bug

hello I have a bug which doesn't allow me to upgrade my skill, it is probably because the skill I have is binded, so I am asking you to fix this problem, pic related

    No, it's because skill is faulty. If you check at bottom, you will see that Meister Skill Type is "Extreme Rage", which is Meister type for Halfbagi, not for Dragon Knight. I sent ticket few months ago and they are doing NOTHING.
